Founded in 1990, WAV began as POS information systems, a two-man point of sale reseller and integrator. In 1999, with the ratification of 802.11b and an ever-evolving wireless portfolio, including data collection solutions with wireless capabilities and Wi-Fi access points in general availability, WAV “Wireless Outfitters” was born.
